Komuna Warszawa zaprasza na specjalne wydarzenia przygotowane przez Markusa Öhrna, gościnnego kuratora cyklu rezydencji 2021: “Hello Darkness my Old Friend”
Komuna Warszawa i Markus Öhrn zapraszają publiczność do odwiedzenia darkroomu i wysłuchania brzmienia Patriarchalnych Łez.

From Markus Öhrn:
Patriarchal Tears is a project where I have invited Polish male actors, producers, directors and theatre directors to mourn and cry together with me in a darkroom at Komuna Warszawa for one hour.
The reason for us to cry and mourn together could be different, but if we, men with power in the world of polish theater are going to take the #metoo movment seriously and if we really mean that we want change for the future, then we also have to change, and as a part of that change we have to admit for ourselves and others, that we have been a part of the sexistic and unequal situation in the theatreworld in one way or the other.
I invite you as an audience to visit the darkroom and listen to Patriarchal Tears.
Duration 1 hour and you can come and go as you wish in the time slot you have bought the ticket.

Mormor (grandma), Hello Darkness my old friend – noise concert.
In november 2017 I resurrected my grandmother in an old crematory in Berlin as a part of a Black Metal ritual. She was resurrected as a Satanic Feminist and has since then appeared in many different contexts around europe, like noise concerts, performances and as a DJ. For the first time she will appear in Warsaw and she has created a unique visual noise performance especially for Komuna Warsawa.
